* FREE next-day travel within Baltimore, Maryland.

*For Same Day Emergency Service: $50 Travel Fee 

* No Reschedule Fee or Penalties!

*Appointments aren't scheduled until the date and time are secured.

*Vehicle Address required for gps and arrival times

*Parts are purchased After deposit is sent.

* FREE order + pick up on all Parts (processed through Cash App, Apple Pay, Zelle)

*All PARTS PURCHASED are Gold or Platinum Products  (non-negotiable)

* Parts are Not Included in prices unless stated

* 100% Deposit required on All (Parts Included) Deals

* 50% (Labor) Deposit + 100% (Parts/Supplies) required if we order Parts

*50% (Labor) Deposit on all Mobile Repairs

*Part Pricing is Based on Gold or Platinum Products

*We may ask for your vin# To ensure the correct part for your vehicle. (available on vehicle driver door & insurance info)

*Diagnostic Fee ($100) goes towards repairs

*Fee due once mechanic confirms they're are in route to your vehicle

* Diagnostic Fee Refund of 50% ($50) if referred to a shop 

* 30-45 Minute Process Depending on Make/Model

*Information sent to you with explanations of plan of action
